Redrudge is a modern personal finance management interface designed to help users monitor and manage their financial activities from a single, intelligible screen.
The problem
Finance dashboards show everything at once and prioritise nothing, so the number a user came to check is never the first thing they see.
The approach
I set a three-tier hierarchy: balance and cash flow first, category breakdowns second, raw transactions last. Then I rebuilt the chart and card system on a shared token set so density never turns into noise.
The outcome
A calm, data-dense dashboard with a reusable widget system that scales to new metrics without adding visual weight.
